My team code does not apply!

I have a team report code, but I have an error in the checkout.

When you pre-purchase codes for specific reports, they need to apply the unique code to the products or services that they were pre-paid for.


If you see an error in the checkout that the code is not applicable to the product, it means you are applying it to the wrong report.


For example, if you purchased a Team Report, applying the code to the individual Full Strengths Report will trigger an error.
