Invitations not going through?

I have sent the invitation to my team, but they did not receive it.

Not receiving an invitation is almost always a result of the spam/quarantine filters either in the individual mailbox or the overall email server. 


This is especially relevant for educational domains such as .edu or .k12. and governmental such as .gov. 


The easiest fixes to this issue are the following:

  • Check junk/spam folder;
  • Use personal instead of professional email address;
  • Ask IT team to add our domain to the whitelist on the email server.
