I only received one code!

When you pre-order reports on our website, you will always receive one unique code whether you pre-paid for one or ten reports. This unique code is "loaded" with the corresponding number and the type of reports that you have have paid for. 

Our competitors charge their clients an extra fee to have such multi-use single codes, while we do it by default for the convenience of our clients. 

If you are more used to having dedicated codes for each report, you have two options:

1) If you don't have many reports to order, place separate orders for each report;

2) If there are too many orders to do it separately, simply drop a line to our support team here - high5test.com/contact - and they will issue separate codes for you.
