My personal code does not work!

I purchased a unique code, but it says it's invalid.

Depending on the payment method you use, sometimes the payment processor might take a bit longer to validate your payment. In this case, on our side, the payment is not marked as completed and, therefore, the code is not active just yet. 


Normally such payments are released within a short period of time, so we'd recommend waiting a bit and then try applying the code again. 


If your code still does not work after one day, please reach out to our support team to investigate the issue manually.
