I have already paid for my report!

I paid for my report, but it asks me to pay once again.

There are two most frequent scenarios in which you might be asked to pay for the report, when you already did it before:


1. You have taken the test multiple times.

If you have multiple accounts on the HIGH5 platform, please double-check which account you have purchased the report for. It might be simply that you are logging in with a different account.


2. You have pre-purchased the code.

If you have pre-purchased a unique code to unlock your report, you need to apply this code to your account for the report to get unlocked. To do so, locate the field 'Do You Have A Code?' under the heading on the checkout page and apply your unique code.
