Does my report access expire?
Will I always have access to my reports?
Reports purchased with a one-time payment, at the moment, do not have an expiry date. So you will always be able to access them by logging into your account here - test.high5test.comt/login - by using the same credentials you used when you took the test.
Reports unlocked during the subscription period will remain available in your account until the end of your subscription.
Unique codes pre-purchased for unlocking reports have a default validity until the end of the calendar year when they were purchased. If your validity term is running out and you would like to extend it, please make sure to drop a note to our support team here - high5test.com/contact - not later than 7 days before the expiration date.
